Mr. Hackman is Pavillon's Chief Executive Officer. His years of work in the field of addiction and behavioral treatment have given him a deep conviction as to its value and a no-nonsense awareness of the struggles necessary to lead a successful program. He is committed to providing patients and families with lifelong tools and the resources needed to maintain recovery from the disease of addiction. Prior to joining Pavillon, Mr. Hackman was with Ridgeview Institute for eleven years, beginning his tenure as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. He became President in Spring 2004. Mr. Hackman brings 20 years of experience in the hospital and healthcare industry, also serving as Vice President of Health Alliance Behavioral Health Service Line in Cincinnati, Ohio from 2000 - 2002. He was also in private practice as an LISW in the state of Ohio from 1985 - 2002.
